The Saree Story is committed to making sure complete customer satisfaction with reference to the products available on our website/application. If you are not pleased with the product, you can opt to return the order.
Domestic Order Return: We have 7-days return policy from the date of invoice generated.
A. If you receive product in bad condition, damaged or otherwise, you can always return the product. You should contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order id and get confirmation mail for the same.
B. Only after receiving confirmation you can return product in unused/unaltered, original condition in original packaging along with original tags and invoice which you have received through mail/message or hard copy.
C. Our courier partner will pick up the order from the address provided at the time of purchasing. It is mandatory to take receipt of return shipment from courier guy.
D. Please note that, without invoice our shipping partners will not process return orders.
E. Their are no return charges for the returned products. But, in case of COD mode COD charges are non refundable.
F. Our courier partner will pick up the order from the address provided, we will issue Credit Note/Coupon for original amount of the product. This credit note/coupon you have to utilise with our other products on website within 90 days from date of issue. You can only purchase product which are higher or same amount of original price. In case of higher amount of product, you have to pay balance amount after applying credit note/coupon.
G. Return and exchange of exchanged and returned product is not possible.
A. Shipments returned and exchanged through any other shipping/logistic company will not be accepted.
B. After 7 days from the date of Invoice of the product, we shall not entertain any request for return of the product.
C. Return and exchange requests will not be accepted through any other means except above mentioned one.
D. Return and exchange is not possible if, product is customised or made to order for you, product is from clearance sale, product is in used condition or washed or smell of perfume etc.
A. As per cancellation policy you can cancel the product before it is shipped and you will get full refund.
B. But if you receive the product and you are not pleased with it you can opt to return the order.
C. You should contact us within 24 hours from the time of product received through email@example.com mentioning your order id and get confirmation mail for the same.
D. Only after receiving confirmation you can return product in unused/unaltered, original condition in original packaging along with original tags and invoice which you have received through mail/message or hard copy.
E. Shipping charges, custom duty if any has to be borne by customer. We will refund only product charges once it is accepted by Quality Assurance team. Only after that, refund will be processed and amount will be directly refunded to your account via same mode of payment which you have transacted in 7-15 working days.
F. Unfortunate, exchange of products is not possible for international orders.
